Using SmartLMS

SmartLMS is provided to tutoring academies, solo tutors, and schools to manage curriculum, classes, and student progress. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and not to misuse it in a way that disrupts the service for others.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Content and data

Any content you or your organization upload — lesson materials, student records, past papers, and similar — remains yours. We only use it to operate the platform on your behalf.

Availability

We aim to keep SmartLMS available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or modify the platform from time to time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as SmartLMS evolves. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
